Getting Started With LeadScore AI

Everything in LeadScore AI hangs off one principle: get every lead into one place, score it against your ideal customer profile, and spend human time only on the leads that earn it. This guide walks the whole loop once, end to end.

Step 1 — Get Your Leads In

There are three doors into the system. Use whichever matches where your leads live today:

  • Upload a spreadsheet — drag in a CSV or Excel file; guided column mapping takes care of the rest
  • Sync your CRM — pull leads from HubSpot or Pipedrive and get them back deduped, validated, and scored
  • Paste a link — drop in a LinkedIn profile, company page, or website and let research build the record

Step 2 — Initial Scoring Runs Automatically

The moment a lead lands, it is deduplicated, its email and phone are validated, and it is graded against your ICP. Every lead gets a score, a fit grade, an intent band, and a verdict — plus a written reason a rep can read out loud. Nothing sits in an "unsorted" pile.

Step 3 — Work From the Top

Your pipeline, call queue, and mobile app all rank leads by score. Start each day at the top of the list: the hottest, highest-fit leads with research already attached. That is the entire discipline — the system decides who, you decide what to say.

Step 4 — Let the Loop Learn

Mark outcomes as you go — booked, wrong fit, closed-won. Replies warm a score, silence cools it, and outcomes sharpen the model, so next month's ranking beats this month's.

PRO TIP

Most teams import a list and see scores the same day. Tune your ICP in week one while you call the obvious hot leads — do not wait for a perfect model before dialing.

Try It on Your Own Leads.

Every guide is shorter in practice — import a list and see the workflow run.
